 Our IT technicians have years of experience in repairing, upgrading and maintaining computers, printers and network related issues.

We also provide services such as hardware or software upgrades and installation of peripheral devices such as multi-function printers, scanners and fax machines.

We are able to work on both warranty and outside of warranty repairs on most models including IBM, Lenovo, Toshiba, HP, Lexmark, Okidata, and more. To determine if your product is under warranty, give us a call. We can usually find the information online for most major manufacturers.

If you require onsite service, please phone our service co-ordinator at 250-762-7753 Option 3 to arrange for a technician. Our onsite rates are slightly higher than our depot rates so it may be more cost effective to bring your computer to our service depot at 495 Banks  road in Kelowna.
