Remote & On-Site Repair

We provide online computer help from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday. We also provide 24X7 support for our preferred customers on a contract basis.

Our technical support staff can help fix and take care of computer problems such as viruses, spyware, email issues, software issues and even diagnosing hardware problems remotely. One of our Remote Technicians will connect to your computer and repair it while you watch.

If repair is not possible through remote support, our technicians are also able to come onsite to your location. (Charges apply door to door). Alternatively, you can bring your computer into our shop at 495 Banks Road in Kelowna.

We have very experienced service technicians familiar with the basic hardware and operating systems as well as complex networks and servers.
